INGREDIENTS: Pre-Cooked corn meal, Water and Salt.
(Gluten Free- Low Fat- No Sugar Added)
You Can Enjoy the Arepa Alone or Stuffed with any protein or cheese.
INSTRUCTIONS TO HEAT:
Remove the plastic from the arepa.
Bake at 400oF for 15 minutes.
Stove: Heat the arepa each side in a pan previously greased until desired hot and toasted.
